Accessing CG services and CONTENT

Access to some CG Content requires you to register an account on our Websites. You will keep your username and password confidential and will not share this information with any third party. You will not need to register multiple email addresses.

CG may terminate your access to our Services if you violate these terms or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of our Services or CG Content.



Cora Geroux. (herein referred to as “CG” or “Cora Geroux” or “Company”) agrees to provide Programs, “The Teachers Club” and "The Lost-to-Launch Framework/Business 101 Yoga Teacher Training"  and "Email Marketing 101" (herein referred to as “Programs”) identified in the online commerce shopping cart, and as a condition of participating in the Programs, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.


You will have access to the following, as long as you are a teachers club member. If The Company changes these offerings, it will provide you with 30 days notice.

The Teachers Club Program Participant Facebook Group: The Company shall create and maintain a closed Facebook group for students of the Program (“the Program Facebook Group”). This is a community-run group, meaning that students are encouraged to help each other. The Company employs a Community Manager, who is charged with overseeing the group and ensuring that it runs smoothly. Cora Geroux responds to comments, and creates posts weekly within the Program Facebook group, not including holidays & weekends. There is no guarantee that Cora Geroux will respond to each comment or post personally.

You shall have access to the Program Facebook group for as long as you are a member. If you cancel your membership you will be removed from the Facebook group at the end of your current billing cycle. In the event that Company intends to close the Program Facebook group, it shall provide clients with a 30 day notice.

You will also be given access to attend weekly office hours with Cora via zoom along with other students, on a first come first serve basis. There is no guarantee that you will have any set amount of time with Cora, and Cora may not be able to meet with all students who are waiting. 

You will also be invited to attend a monthly live zoom call with Cora or a special guest teacher. You will be provided with a replay if you can not attend the session live.


As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:

A Password Protected Program Area: The Company shall maintain a Program Area that will include video, audio and written lessons, worksheets, checklists, and other training and support information. 

A Private Community Forum: a group discussion board where you can interact with other participants in the course. 

Email Marketing 101

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:

The company shall maintain a password-protected program area that includes video lessons & worksheets and other training support information.


In consideration of your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.

Email Marketing 101 - A one-time payment of $49 AUD. This payment will grant you lifetime access to the program, as long as the program exists, but no less than 30 days after your purchase. Due to the digital nature & immediate access of this product, we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final.

The Teachers Club - $19 AUD / month, every month, unless you cancel your membership. You can cancel your membership at any time by providing us with written notice, simply by emailing [email protected] We do not offer refunds for prior payments.


You may choose between a single payment of $999 AUD (due immediately) or a payment plan of $97 AUD/ month for 12 months. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on the day of purchase and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 11 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $1164 AUD. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth on this page. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program. On occasion, The Company may offer special discounted pricing such as early bird offers. 


Upon successful completion of Lost-to-Launch/Business 101 Yoga Teacher training, you will be eligible for 50 CE hours through Yoga Alliance. To successfully complete the program you will need to attend all live calls (attendance is monitored), or show that you have watched the recordings in full. You will also be required to complete an assignment that will be given to you near the start of the course, and includes completing key action items from the weekly lessons. You will have 12 months from the date your cohort of the course begins to complete the requirements, and obtain a certificate. If you select a payment plan, please note that you will only receive your certificate after you have completed all 12 payments, and/or have paid for the course in full.


If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.

Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.

If you do not request a refund within the terms of the program with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of your cohort course start date, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 AEDT. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Requirement 1:  Attend at least 2 live call in the first 30 days of the course.

  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach your work from module 1 - lesson 1.

  • Requirement 3: Complete and attach your work from module 1 - lesson 2. 

  • Requirement 4:Complete and attach your work from module 1 - lesson 3. 

  • Requirement 5: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30 all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Cora Geroux. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
